After the grandiose success of publishing “ SPARKLE N SPICE ” the annual magazine-cum-journal for last 6 years, the Institute Of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi is publishing it this year also on its annual day in the last week of March 2011.
This year “ SPARKLE N SPICE” will contain research papers, case studies, book reviews and articles. In addition the “ SPARKLE & SPICE” invites manuscripts covering application of theory to real life activities where the findings would be of interest to the students, academicians and professionals of the industry.
“SPARKLE N SPICE” would publish articles from the areas such as operations, management, marketing, international business, IT application, environment, risk management, entrepreneurship, globalization, emerging trends in the hospitality and allied industry.
You are invited to contribute research paper/ articles to the magazine-cum-journal.
The last date of submitting the manuscript is extended to 10 th March 2011. You can send your contribution on ihmpusa@rediffmail.com. The guidelines for authors are enclosed for your consideration. |

The manuscript should be typed in double space/ printed in 12-point font on A-4 size papers with 1.5 inch margin on all four sides. |

One hard copy and one soft copy (on CD or through e-mail) of the manuscript should be submitted. |

The cover page should contain title of paper, author's name, designation, address, and telephone numbers/ e-mail. |

All the references should be placed in the last and must be in Harvard Style. |
5. |
Footnotes, Italics and quote marks should be kept to the minimum. |

All tables, charts, graphs, quotations, equations should be cited accordingly and numbered properly. |

Send your passport size photograph (one) along with the manuscript. |

Articles should not be more than 800 words. |
9. |
Articles with supporting photographs will be preferred. |
10. |
The articles should be accompanied by a declaration by the authors that they have not published or submitted for publication anywhere else. |
11. |
Book reviews must provide the following details: the book title, authors, publishers, year of publication, price. |
