Sealed Tenders are invited by the Principal, IHMC&N, Pusa, New Delhi as per terms & conditions stipulated in the tender documents for ‘ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PROVIDING SECURITY STAFF (GUARD IN SEMI SKILLED AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR IN SKILLED CATEGORY) from the firms having at least 3 years experience in the field.

The tender document is available with the Cashier of the Institute on the payment of Rs. 1000/- w.e.f. 24/1/2012 to 22/2/2012 between 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on all working days. The company may submit their tender envelopes by 22/2/2012 by 4.00 p.m. The tender would be opened on 27/2/2012 at 4.00 p.m. . The tender may be submitted in the form of Technical Bid & Financial Bid in separately sealed envelopes otherwise they will be rejected. Institute shall not be responsible for any postal delay. In case the date for opening the tender is declared to be a holiday the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same place and time. Tender received after the last date and time will be rejected. Tender not accompanied by documentary proof of the adequate experience and EMD shall be rejected.

The Principal, IHMC&N reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reasons thereof.
