Ms. Mamta Bisht, Lecturer, IHM Pusa received “Lady Chef of the Year 2011” award on 2 nd November, 2011 at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi. She received a trophy and a certificate sponsored by Indian Culinary Forum, North India , Indian Federation Association of Culinary and Worlds Association of Chef's Society.

2 students of IHM Pusa have been selected by FICCI and NSDC in All India Chef Competetion organised in Delhi, to represent India in 'World Skills Competition 2011' from 5th to 8th October 2011 at London .
These two students will compete in Cookery and Bakery & Confectionary skills with the representatives of more than 50 countries.

Coordinated the surveys of Resorts/Hotels in Kazgiranga National Park , Assam , Pench and Bandhavgarh National Parks , M.P. also.

The Institute managed a Residential Tower for the Athletes in Common Wealth Village during the Common Wealth Games 2010.

A large number of students worked as volunteers for Common Wealth Games 2010.

Conducted the survey and resurvey of Guest Houses/ Hotels in Delhi for the use of Commonwealth Games 2010 with Licensing Branch, Delhi Police for Ministry of Tourism, Government Of India.

Ran a very successfully and profitably Food Stall at India International Trade Fair, Pragati Maidan from 14th November to 27th November 2009.
